What actually happens at a Munch vs. a Play Party?
A Munch is a completely vanilla social event with a potluck, a group orientation, and a raffle—absolutely no playing or nudity occurs. A Play Party is a private, vetted environment where open dungeon play, consensual adult dynamics, and scenes take place behind closed doors.
Is there someone who can show me around?
Yes! If you are nervous, reach out to the board ahead of time or ask an organizer at the door. We are happy to introduce you to regulars or give you a walkthrough of the space.
Can I bring a guest who isn't on FetLife?
For public Munches: Yes, absolutely, provided you DM the board account or an individual board member ahead of time to let us know they are coming.
For Vetted Events: No. Vetted events are strictly for vetted members. No unvetted individuals are allowed to attend under any circumstances, regardless of their FetLife status.
Is there a strict dress code for every event?
Public events (like Munches) are strictly vanilla. Private workshops and play parties are "vanilla to the door," meaning you arrive in regular public clothing and change into whatever gear, alternative wear, or creative outfits you feel comfortable playing in once inside. For educational workshops, check the specific event listing, as certain demonstrations require flexible, non-restrictive clothing.
Who is available for scene negotiations?
Currently, any available board member is happy to step in and assist or stand in for negotiations. Please note that an official Endless negotiation form/PDF is currently being drafted and will soon be available for all members to use to streamline communication.
What is the DM (Dungeon Monitor) protocol?
Active Dungeon Monitors will always wear red armbands so they are easily identifiable. You can call out for a DM or walk up to them at any time. Furthermore, we utilize the traditional Stoplight System (Green, Yellow, Red) for scene safety. Calling out the universal safe word "RED" will immediately halt all play within your own scene.
Can I bring my own furniture to an event?
You must obtain explicit, prior approval from the board before bringing any personal furniture or large gear to an Endless event.
Can members do impromptu demonstrations at events?
No. Demonstrators are carefully selected and scheduled ahead of time to ensure everyone in our space is taught safely and correctly. To become an approved demonstrator, you must be a vetted member and attend multiple planning meetings with the board to review your curriculum.
What do the event attendance fees cover?
Endless does not charge ongoing membership dues or tiers. Instead, we use per-event attendance fees ($10 for public munches, and $20–$40 for vetted events). 100% of these funds are poured directly back into the community to cover venue bookings, private cabins, high-quality dungeon furniture, safety equipment, decor, and raffle prizes.
What is open dungeon play like at play parties?
At our private play parties, vetted members are welcome to engage in open dungeon play. We provide dedicated stations and high-quality furniture for participants to utilize, allowing you to explore various kinks in a safe, legal, and judgment-free environment.
We maintain an extensive, curated list of local community safety links, educational reading materials, and immediate harm-reduction resources (including support from organizations like the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom). Those can be found below or on our community page on FetLife. We welcome recommendations that we can review for sharing or distributing amongst our community.
When attending events at Endless, you’ll see our dedicated safety team on the floor. Led by our Sergeant at Arms, our Dungeon Monitors (also known as Enforcers) are an essential part of keeping our community welcoming, respectful, and secure.
Seeing a dedicated safety team might sound formal if you're new, but Enforcers are here to support you, not to act as "hall monitors." Think of them as the community's lifeguards — watching out for everyone’s well-being so you can focus on having a great experience.
Sergeant at Arms: The head of our safety team who oversees space operations, manages floor protocols, and leads our safety personnel.
Enforcers: Experienced, approachable community members trained in consent culture, scene safety, and emergency care. They care deeply about preserving a culture grounded in mutual respect and clear boundaries.
Enforcers work continuously behind the scenes and on the floor to maintain the health and flow of the space. Their main duties include:
Monitoring Safewords & Communication: Enforcers keep active eyes and ears out across the floor for verbal and non-verbal cues. Endless utilizes the standard Red/Yellow/Green safeword system:
Green: All good / keep going as is
Yellow: Proceed with caution / slow down / adjust the scene
Red: Full stop / pause immediately / step back
Enforcers are trained to recognize these calls instantly and will step in to ensure a full stop is honored if a participant ever needs support.
Protecting Consent & House Rules: Ensuring that rules—such as respecting personal space, adhering to photo/video policies, and keeping walkways clear—are followed at all times.
Providing First Aid & Physical Care: Ready to assist with physical needs (medical supplies, water, sanitation kit locations, ice) or emotional support if an experience becomes intense or overwhelming.
Assisting with Equipment & Orientation: Helping members locate equipment, clean down stations, or navigate the layout of the venue.
Exploration, play, and vulnerability require trust. Knowing there is a trained, vigilant team actively listening for safewords and monitoring the energy in the room allows members to relax, immerse themselves, and trust their environment.
Our Sergeant at Arms and Enforcers exist so that you never have to navigate an uncomfortable, unsafe, or overwhelming situation alone.
