How to Join (Vetting Process)

While our public Munches are open to the community, attendance at our educational workshops, private dungeons, and play parties requires formal vetting. To attend your first closed event, follow our step-by-step process:

Attend a Munch

Come out to a public social event so we can put a name to a face and verify your FetLife profile is authentic (not a bot or spam).

Request Vetting

During or shortly after the Munch, approach any member of the Endless Board to request the vetting process.

Choose Your Vetting Pathway

In-Person Vetting:

Complete your application form on-site or via the secure email link provided by a board member.

Tele-Vetting:

For those unable to complete the interview at a live munch, you may request our Tele-Vetting process to complete your interview and background verification securely via video call with the board.

Submit Forms & Vetting Fee

Submit your secure background check application alongside the one-time $25 vetting fee. There are three (3) options to cover the fee and initiate the process.

Applicant Paid (Fastest): Applicant pay the full fee themselves. This will be the fastest option for completing the vetting process.
Hybrid (Group-Assisted)*: A 50/50 split, with the applicant paying half and Endless covering the other half.
Group-Paid*: Endless covers the full fee through member donations and fundraising.

Note: Members paying with CashApp or Zelle please pay attention to the last section of the vetting form.*Important Note on Timelines: While you are free to choose any option, the payment plan selected will affect the processing timeline. The group-assisted options (2 and 3) will take longer to process than the direct member-paid option. The difference in time is due to the funds used for option 2 and 3 coming from the same funds that cover the venue, raffle items, and other expenses for Endless.

Await Verification

Once your background check is securely processed, you will receive a private confirmation message via FetLife and email from leadership letting you know your vetting is complete.

Attend Vetted Events

Welcome to the inner circle! You are now cleared to RSVP for all member restricted Endless events.

Vetting Privacy Guidelines

We understand the necessity of discretion. To complete your background check, you will be required to provide verified personal information. This data is fully secured, strictly protected, and will only ever be viewed by the specific board members responsible for running the safety checks.

We want to be clear: this vetting process is optional for general group membership and for attending our public monthly Munches.

Vetting is mandatory to attend any other group events such as private socials, educationals, workshops, or other specialized gatherings we may add to our Members Only Calendar.

We do ask for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in order to run your interstate background check which does include cross-referencing sex offender registries. These identifiers include but are not limited to your:

Legal government first, middle, and last name
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
FetLife Handle
Email

Once the process is complete, Endless will maintain a secure and confidential list of all "Vetted" and "Non-Vetted" members to manage access to future events.

In order to hold all members to the same standards and equality across the community:

We do not run background checks from our vetting form prior to attendance to a Munch and orientation.
We do not accept background checks provided by other organizations, third-parties, nor vouching by word-of-mouth.

Fees & Financial Transparency

Endless does not charge ongoing membership dues or tier fees. Instead, our community is sustained by event-specific costs and fundraising as follows:

Public Munches:

$15 Entry Fee

Raffle Tickets:

$1 per single ticket, or $5 for a bundle of 6 tickets.

One-Time Vetting Fee:

$20

Covers background check processing.

Vetted Events (Parties/Private Dungeons):

$20 to $40 depending on the venue.

IMPORTANT:

100% of these fees are poured directly back into the community to cover venue bookings, cabins, high-quality dungeon furniture, safety equipment, decor, and raffle items.
